THOMAS RONCKOVITZ

Thomas Ronckovitz is counsel with the firm who is active in all aspects of the firm’s Business Law, Real Estate and Litigation practice groups.

Tom brings to the firm over a decade of real estate experience having served as a managing member of a private equity firm specializing in targeted acquisitions of distressed real estate assets, recruiting capital investors and assisting in the identification and procurement of REOs and other securities utilizing Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) accounts.  Tom managed associated litigation, including landlord/tenant matters, civil part and chancery division actions.  Tom grew operations and revenue over a ten year period and attracted a diverse base of both institutional and private clients.

Tom has successfully represented institutional investors, debt servicing companies and private equity interests in real estate acquisitions, foreclosure proceedings, tax appeals, hard money transactions and leveraged buyouts.   Tom handles an array of civil litigation matters for the firm, in addition to counseling individuals and business alike on commercial real estate transactions.

Tom is a graduate of University of Maryland School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
